You can purchase Pretendware products in three ways:

You can purchase Pretendware products for delivery via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges to the U.S.A. are between $7.00 and $9.00 for most orders sent via U.S. Postal Service. This charge includes customs clearance to the U.S.A. but does not include insurance. Postal insurance can be purchased for $1.65 extra per costume.

Shipping and handling to Canadian destinations vary between $8.00 and $12.00. This does not include Postal insurance which can be purchased for $1.00 extra.

We accept payment by cheque, money order and PayPal.
and... if you are in a hurry, COD is an option ($6.50 extra).

Return Policy

If you, for any reason, are not completely satisfied with the product, it can be returned for full refund less the original shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Exception: No returns will be accepted on any costumes delivered between October 20 and October 31.
